Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten

Home » Programs » Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten

The VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) program is state-funded and available for children who are four years old by September 1. The program is from 8:15 to 12:00 Monday-Thursday. Wrap-around care is available. Working through the Early Learning Coalition and following state-developed standards, our certified teachers will provide stimulating lessons to prepare your child for Kindergarten.

The BEST Daycare in Lake City!!! They treated my baby boy with love and kindness. We’re moving out of town and I’m sad to be leaving them.

They are amazing!!! My lil guy was so afraid to leave me.... okay.... it might be the other way around, however, the teachers and staff are amazing at making the kids feel loved, welcome , I feel very comfortable leaving my child in their care!!!

I absolutely adore Castle Hill. Everyone there is extremely friendly and kind and they really do care about the children. The owners are absolutely wonderful and the Teachers/Caretakers are amazing. My son has been going there for a little over 2 years now and he loves it!

We love Castle Hill! We are going on four years of our kids attending there. We love so many of the staff, they have become like family! Charity, Chrissy and Amy were amazing for our little one in the VPK room. They have lots of hand on activities to keep your babies
